Opening a company in China

Requirements for registering a Chinese company

  • The registration information of the investor's company is required and needs to be authenticated by the overseas embassy.

  • Pre-registered name of a Chinese company

  • Leased and registered business address

  • Have at least one non-Chinese investor

  • There must be one director, one legal representative, and one supervisor. (At least two people must hold the above positions. The legal representative and the supervisor cannot be the same person.)

  • Preliminary business plan for the new Chinese company

  • The registered capital of a mainland company is RMB 100,000 to 500,000 (optional)

  • Registered business scope and operating years

  • Bank credit certificate
